The first conversation is free. The clarity is yours to keep.
A relaxed 30-minute call with Kizzi. No script, no sales pitch, just an honest look at where you are, where you want to be, and the first real step between the two.
Most people who reach out are not in crisis. They are simply ready for more.
If any of that lands, a single honest conversation can do more than months of overthinking.
Thirty minutes. Three things that stay with you.
Clarity
A clear, honest picture of what you actually want, stripped of the noise and other people's expectations.
Direction
One concrete next step you can take this week. A real move, not a vague pep talk.
Confidence
A renewed sense that the change you want is not only possible, but already closer than it feels.
Simple, and entirely on your terms.

Talk
We meet online for 30 minutes. You talk, I listen, and together we get to the heart of it.
Decide
You leave with a first step and a clear sense of whether coaching is right for you. No pressure to continue.

A few honest answers.
Is it really free?
Yes, completely. The introductory session is free and there is no obligation to book anything afterward. It exists so we can both see whether working together makes sense.
What if I do not know what to say?
You do not need to prepare a thing. Bring whatever is on your mind, however unformed, and we will find the thread together. That is my job, not yours.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and practical, focused on where you want to go and how to get there. If something would be better served by therapy, I will tell you honestly.
What happens after the session?
If it feels right, we will talk about working together. If not, you still leave with something useful in hand. Either way is genuinely fine, with no awkward follow-up.
